I believe it is the duty of the Attorney General to defend the will of the people and enforce the laws that protect those we love and all we’ve earned:
WORKING WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PROSECUTORS TO PROTECT OUR COMMUNITIES
As Attorney General I will work with state, local and federal law enforcement and prosecutors to win back our communities lost to criminals, gangs and drugs.
FUNDING TO FIGHT CRIME
As Attorney General I will make sure that your tax dollars are not wasted on bureaucracy but used to help law enforcement and prosecutors capture and convict the criminals who threaten our loved ones and our way of life.
CONSUMER PROTECTIONS
As Attorney General I will protect what people have worked hard all their lives to earn; to protect them from con-artists and thieves, so that Missouri becomes a national leader in aggressively going after those who defraud Missouri consumers.
CRACKING DOWN ON ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS
As Attorney General I will use every resource available to me to enforce national and state immigration laws. Illegal immigrants will not be free to commit crimes and use taxpayer funded services that should go to helping Missouri families.
ELIMINATING CORRUPTION
And as Attorney General there will not be a “FOR SALE” sign in my office. We will implement a better system, in those limited times when we need to hire outside attorneys, that is open and transparent. And as Attorney General I will refuse to accept campaign contributions from anyone the office is investigating or prosecuting.
PLEDGE TO THE PEOPLE
Above all, as Attorney General, my number one priority is to protect the people so that Missouri families and their children will be safe in their homes, neighborhoods, towns and farms.
